Mechanical Seals for High-Speed ANSI Pumps

CinchSeal is excited to announce our new partnership with Advanced Sealing Technology (AST) Seals, expanding our product offering to better serve high-RPM equipment such as Durco Mark 2 and Mark 3 and Goulds 3196 pumps (ANSI Pumps). Through this collaboration, we now offer mechanical sealing options the offer a reliable solution ideal for replacing conventional packing glands commonly used in high-speed pump systems.

By distributing AST’s advanced mechanical seals, CinchSeal can now support industries that rely on fast, demanding pump operations, delivering longer-lasting performance, reduced maintenance, and improved sealing reliability. What Sets AST Seal Apart from Other Mechanical Seals?

Field Rebuildable

No more waiting for seal repairs, and no more worries about installing exchange seals that might have previously held hazardous materials because the seals are easy-to-rebuild on-site using standard tools.

No Measurement Required

Simply slide the seal onto the shaft, bolt down the gland, tighten the set screws, and remove the centering blocks.

Ready to Ship

AST seals are available off-the-shelf to fit most ANSI pumps, including standard bore and big/taper/oversize seal chambers, without modification. Seals are in stock to fit many split case, positive displacement, and vertical turbine pumps.
